(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for quashing of judgment of dated 22.05.2017 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Narnaul and order dated 09.03.2017 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul, whereby the respondent was allowed Rs.10,000/- as maintenance and the revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

Vide order dated 07.12.2017, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 18.01.2018 and the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.22,000/- towards litigation expenses within a period of one month and on his doing so, the notice was to be issued to the respondent for the date fixed. Criminal Misc. No. M-23848 of 2017 -2However, the office report suggests that notice could not be issued to the respondent, as the petitioner has not deposited Rs.22,000/- and the parties also did not appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 18.01.2018.

Thus, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution for non-compliance of order dated 07.12.2017.
