(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.324 dated 08.06.2016, registered at Police Station Sohna, District Gurgaon, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 346 and 363A (Sections 341 and 376 IPC added later on).

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 23.07.2016 of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 27.08.2016 and his custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. Further, the cancellation report has also been prepared in the present matter.
