Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 3 dated 3.1.2016, registered under Section 21/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 on the ground that petitioner was earlier released on regular bail and was appearing in the Court regularly. However, on 25.4.2017 he could not appear in the Court and his bail was cancelled and warrants of arrest have been ordered to be issued.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had no intention not to appear in the Court but it was just an unintentional act on a single date and he is ready to appear in the trial Court regularly after furnishing fresh bail bonds.

Criminal Misc. No. 23852 of 2017 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is accepted and petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing of fresh bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
