The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are mother-in-law and brother-in-law (devar) in case FIR No.780 dated 08.12.2018 registered under Sections 323, 354-A, 406, 498-A, 506 and 34 IPC (Sections 354-A, 406 IPC added later on) at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad. 2.

By orders dated 20.03.2019 and 24.07.2019, petitioner No.2 and petitioner No.1 respectively were granted interim bail by this Court and directed them to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that as per order dated 24.07.2019, petitioners were directed to make payment of `5000/- to the complainant, which has not been made as the draft brought in the court needs to be revalidated. Learned counsel appearing for the State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and their interrogation is no more required.

In view of the fact that petitioners have joined investigation and interrogation of the petitioners is no more required, the instant petition is allowed and the orders dated 20.03.2019 and 24.07.2019 are made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petitioners are directed to make payment of Rs.5000/- to the complainant in the trial Court on the next date of hearing so fixed.
