Prayer in this revision petition is for setting aside order dated 02.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Panipat whereby attachment order has been passed in proceedings initiated by the respondent for execution of the arbitral award dated 23.03.2018 (Annexure P1). Notice of motion was issued in this petition on 27.10.2021 while recording submissions on behalf of the petitioners that a settlement had been arrived at between the parties wherein it was agreed that
51 Lakhs would be paid by the petitioners and out of which a sum of
30,80,000/- has since been paid to the respondent whereas rest of the amount could not be paid due to outbreak of OMKAR SINGH 2022.03.03 10:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

  

   pandemic, COVID-19 and that the petitioners undertake to make good the remaining sum within two months from that date. It, however, transpires that no amount has since been deposited by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not have any instructions in this matter and neither have the petitioners contacted him since the last date of hearing.

In this view of the matter, this revision petition is dismissed.
