(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.44 dated 19.06.2016 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 read with Section 120-B IPC. At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jogga Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 23.07.2016 of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.07.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim Naresh Kumar 2016.09.14 12:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The
