(Oral) The present revision petition has been preferred assailing the orders passed by the trial Court on an application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 which was dismissed and subsequently the appeal filed by the petitioner before the lower Appellate Court was also dismissed. 2.

A perusal of Annexure R-1 demonstrates that the main suit itself has been decided on 22.08.2003, whereby, the suit of the plaintiff has been dismissed.

In light of the fact that the main suit has been dismissed, the present revision petition would not survive and has been rendered infructuous.
