**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to give custody of the minor daughter to her. The petitioner's child is stated to have been kept by the grandparents. The petitioner had approached the SDM and had filed an application on which search warrants had been issued for 7.5.2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the SDM was on leave on 7.5.2018.

The petitioner has availed the legal remedy and should await the outcome and can avail the legal remedies available under law. The petition is disposed of.
