 5 "Counsel for the complainant/respondent No.2 submits that in terms of order passed by this Court on 26.04.2022, the Demand Draft of Rs.50,000/- has been released. FIR is an outcome of a matrimonial dispute, although allegations have been levelled attracting offences under Section 328 of IPC as well as Section 377 of IPC, but upon instructions from Inspector Geeta, State counsel submits that both these offences have been deleted.

List on 25.01.2023.

 Meanwhile, the petitioner shall join the investigation on 08.08.2022 at Women Police Station, Jind at 11.00 am and cooperate with the Investigating Agency. In the event of his arrest, he will be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer subject to the conditions as envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. " 3.

Subsequent to that, vide order dated 27.03.2023 following order was passed:- "xxx Learned State counsel submits that recovery has been effected. However, learned counsel for respondent No.2 specifically submits that the gold ornaments and the car etc. have not been recovered.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to rejoin the investigation on 12.04.2023 at 10:00 A.M. or on any other date/time as called by the Investigating Officer and cooperate with the Investigating Agency and the Investigating Officer is directed to file a status report detailing out the recoveries effected and the allegations levelled in the FIR.
