This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 28.11.2025 passed in CWP-35354-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 06.03.2026 passed pursuant to the order dated 28.11.2025, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say, that if the petitioners are still aggrieved, they would always be at liberty to avail their remedies as available in law.
