(Oral) This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.226, dated 14.12.2014, under Sections 406 and 420, IPC, registered at Police Station, Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar City and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for sometime, it is agreed between the parties that the petition qua petition No.2, Madhu Bala, be allowed and counsel for the petitioners will not press the petition qua petitioner No.1, Tilak Raj, subject to his right to raise all the pleas, taken in this petition, before learned trial Court. Disposed of in the above terms.
