G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Prayer made in the present writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent no. 5 to decide the petition (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner.

As per the reply filed, the petition filed by the petitioner has been decided on 24.05.2019 (Annexure R-1) and 100% solatium has been granted to the him. The petitioner has also filed objections against the said award before the District Judge, Kaithal. Accordingly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
