This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 28.09.2020 (Annexure P-40) passed by respondent No.3, vide which demolition order has been passed and the order dated 14.02.2022 (Annexure P-58) passed by respondent No.4 vide which the appeal filed by the petitioners has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the present case, CLU has been granted vide letter dated 04.08.2023 issued by the Director General, Town and Country Planning, Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana and submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
