CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANOOP CHITKARA

Present:

Mr. Ishan Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Mr. Sukhdev Singh, A.A.G., Punjab.

Mr. P.S. Ahluwalia, Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2 (in CRM-M-14503-2024) for respondents No.2 and 3 (in CRM-M-17413-2024). **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J.

FIR No.

Dated Police Station Sections 04.02.2024 Dirba, District Sangrur 420, 465, 467, 468, 477, 120-B IPC and 82 of Indian Registration Act 1.

Seeking cancellation of bail in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 r/w 439 (2) CrPC. 2.

Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the present petition for cancellation of bail has rendered infructuous as respondents No.1 and 2 have already been absolved by the State. They have produced copy of order dated 08.01.2025 which is taken on record.

3.

Given the stand of the State resulting from the investigation that no case is made out against the accused-respondents, it is not a case for cancellation of bail. 4.

The present petition is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
