On 17.05.2024 a statement was made by learned counsel for the appellants that the matter stands settled between the parties and the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements. However, subsequently the parties did not appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

Mr. Sahil Garg, Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
