SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per report of trial Court, none has appeared before it on 09.4.2019 for getting their statements recorded. Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR No.14 dated 29.01.2019 (Annexure P-1), registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') at Police Station Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar Rural, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 11.03.2019 (Annexure P-2).

Vide order dated 20.03.2019, date was given to parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements as per compromise recorded.

As the parties have avoided to appear before the trial Court, it appears that compromise has not been materialized. Dismissed.
