(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 27 dated 19.03.2020 (P-1), registered at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar, who have been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has informed that in compliance of order dated 13.05.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined the investigation and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
