Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 206 dated 14.6.2014 under Section 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 7, 10 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, registered at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonipat. Prosecution story, in brief, is that petitioner had prepared 1890 fake ration cards qua brick-kiln labour. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was innocent and has been falsely involved in this case. In fact, petitioner was suffering from 75% physical disability. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner was habitual offender. In fact, another FIR had been registered against the petitioner qua similar offence and the trial in that case was pending. Petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. Petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. No ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.
