The petitioner, who is undergoing imprisonment in case FIR No.295 dated 14.5.2011 under Sections 294,506,376,120-B IPC and 67 (a,b,c) and 68 of Information Technology Act, registered at P.S Assandh, District Karnal, submitted an application dated 10.1.2019 (P.1) to the Superintendent, District Jail, Karnal seeking release on parole for agricultural purposes but no decision as yet has been conveyed to the petitioner in this respect.

Learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to the extent that the application of the petitioner may be considered and decided in the light of Government Instructions within the prescribed time. Notice of motion.
