(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal so as to challenge the order vide which a petition for grant of bail to the petitioner had been declined by the Trial Court and also to implead the complainant as a party in terms of the requirement of law.
