The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.195 dated 05.03.2020 under Sections 376, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Gurugram, Haryana.

By an order dated 13.05.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Sushila submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 13.05.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid
CRM-M No.12285 of 2020 (O&M) -2down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The complainant has put in appearance through the medium of video conferencing and would submit that she is not getting any support or information from the Investigating Officer and has made a request for changing the Investigating Officer through e-mail to the Commissioner of Police.

I have heard the complainant. With regard to the grievance of the complainant, she may file a fresh representation to the appropriate police authority, if she chooses to do so, which will be considered in accordance with law.
