(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representations (Annexures P-3 and P-4) with the allegations that her marriage was solemnized on 25.10.2015 after spending huge amount and thereafter she is being continoulsy harassed by accused persons. She has also visited the police authorities several times but no action has been taken by the police officials.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.5), to look into the representations (Annexures P-3 and P-4), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
