Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.34 dated 16.02.2024, under Sections 420, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Jhunir, District Mansa.

The learned State counsel has, in compliance of the order made by this Court on 19.03.2024, filed a short reply, on affidavit of Kamaljit Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Sardulgarh, District Mansa, which is taken on record. 3.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
