This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 09.01.2026 passed in CWP-17-2026. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 23.01.2026 in Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
