ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The paper-book of the present SAO has been fully burnt in the fire incident of January 2011 and despite best efforts the same could not be reconstructed. Even the memo of parties is not available on the record. Despite various letters having been written to learned counsel for the parties, none has put in appearance on their behalf. In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives.

Ordered accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
