The petitioner is a minor and he has applied for passport through his mother. The application is dated 23.11.2023. 3.

Ms. Shreyansi Verma, Central Government Counsel for Union of India, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that application of the petitioner is under active consideration and it would be disposed of within 08 weeks from today.
