Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that directions may be issued to respondents No.3 and 4 to fairly investigate the complaint filed against the petitioners and their family members at the instance of respondent No.5.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.5 Vinee Goel has filed a complaint to the police, which is still under enquiry. No FIR has yet been registered. There is no question of fair investigation in this case as the FIR has not been registered so far. If the petitioners apprehend arrest on the basis of the enquiry got conducted by the police on the basis of VINEET GULATI 2015.01.29 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-2387 of 2015 -2complaint filed by respondent No.5, then they have remedy to file petition for anticipatory bail. At this stage, no ground is made out for giving direction to respondents No.3 and 4 for investigating the matter fairly as only enquiry is going on as per the arguments. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
