ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) The petitioner has prayed for the following substantive relief: "CIVIL WRIT PETITION UNDER ARTICLE 226 of the Constitution of India with the prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the Respondents to finalise the process of allocating the work tender in response of the tender notice No.RCC/NR/DSO/LPG/PT- 169/23-24 (Annexure P-2) for transportation of Indane LPG Cylinders in vertical position on unit rate basis ExKarnal Bottling Plant as the tender had been submitted on 27.11.2023 and the expected start date of the tender had been stated to be 23.02.2024."

Learned counsel for Indian Oil Corporation (respondents No.2 to 4), at the outset, submits that the bids submitted by the participants in response to the "Notice Inviting e-Tender" (NIT, P-2) are being evaluated and the entire process shall be concluded by 31.05.2024.
