******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against respondent No.4 for filing false complaint against the petitioner.
Learned State counsel submits that action against respondent No.4 has been taken and a complaint under Section 66 of Police Act has already been filed against him in Court, as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
