The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 07 dated 12.01.2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner after vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, has sought instructions that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and seek the concession of regular bail in accordance with law.

In light of the above, without commenting on the merits of case, the present petition stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court on or before 31.03.2024 and in case, he PARUL 2024.03.22 14:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
