The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking quashing of order dated 02.01.2022 (Annexure P-4) whereby her contractual services were terminated. 2.

Written statement filed on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 4 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.  Mr. Rishav Sharma, Advocate, submits that petitioner has alternative remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal. 4.

Faced with this, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach Central Administrative Tribunal.
