G.S. Sandhawalia, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up by way of Video Conferencing through What's app facility in view of Covid-19 situation as per instructions issued.

The petitioners seek concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in FIR No. 167 dated 21.06.2019 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Ateli, District Mahendergarh, Haryana.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take all the pleas in Crl. Misc. No. M-12272 of 2020, which is listed today at Sr. No. 109 since two petitions are filed on the same cause of action and on account of the non-listing of one in view of the peculiar situation arising out of the Covid-19 pandemic. Mr. Manish Bansal, DAG, Haryana submits that he has no objection to the said course of action.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
