Learned State counsel submits that as per his instructions, the alleged detenue was arrested by the police in case FIR No.59 dated 25.03.2020 under Section 420/465/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazilka and later he was released on bail by the Court. 2.

Learned State counsel further submits that the alleged detenue having been set free through judicial process, the present proceedings have rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
