The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-30416-2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-30416-2025 has been complied with. He further submits that speaking order dated 01.04.2026 has already been passed by the Special Secretary, CRID, Haryana, which was taken on record vide order dated 27.05.2026. He has produced a copy of certificate issued by Accounts Officer, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority, in COCP-765-2026, in Court, which is taken on record.
