(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to puruse the contempt proceedings filed by petitioner No.1 under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. However, the trial Court is directed to decide the contempt proceeding within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
