The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 19.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-34407-2025 whereby respondents were directed to decide the legal notice of the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel has filed affidavit dated 17.04.2026 of Mr. Niraj, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar on behalf of respondent along with speaking order dated 04.02.2026 and the same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

A perusal of affidavit dated 17.04.2026 shows that order dated 19.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-34407-2025 has been been duly complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 5.

Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, to challenge the speaking order dated 04.02.2026 6.
