(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 0137 dated 17.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 354-B, 323 and 506 IPC at Police Station Urban Estate, District Patiala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on merits.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
