The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.11 dated 21.01.2020 registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

By an order dated 14.05.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Pawan submits that petitioner has joined investigation and recovery of Rs.12,000/- has been effected from him. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 14.05.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
