(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.78 dated 16.12.2015 under Sections 363, 366(A) IPC registered at Police Station City-II Abohar, District Fazilka (Annexure P1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 2 dates of hearing i.e. 11.05.2022 and 17.08.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 22.09.2023, matter was adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
