Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.44 dated 22.06.2015, registered under Section 3541A, 3541A, 328, 506 IPC read with Section 661A and 671B of the Information Technology Act and Section 12 of POCSO Act at Police Station Women Cell, District Sonepat. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 24.07.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel further submits that the matter has been compromised and cancellation report has been filed in this case.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 24.07.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
