**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the State had filed a discharge application before the trial Court which was not accepted. Aggrieved by the same, the State has challenged the same before the Sessions Court, where the petition was dismissed. However, the State took up the matter before this Court by way of revision petition, the same was allowed and dismissal of the discharge application was set aside whereby the accused was discharged.

Given above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. However, in case of any necessity, the petitioner is under any apprehension for arrest in the present FIR on its revival, then the concerned investigator shall afford seven days prior notice to the petitioner to avail all legal remedies.
