Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 15.11.2022 (Annexure P-6) and take action accordingly.

On 18.4.2024, the petitioner had taken time to place on record certain additional documents. On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was absent and this Court had passed the following order:- "Petitioner is absent.

List on 31.7.2024.

It is clarified that if the petitioner remains unrepresented on the next date also, the present petition shall either be dismissed for nonprosecution or this Court shall proceed with the matter by appointing a legal aid counsel." Today again, the petitioner is unrepresented. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. However, respondent no.2 is directed to look into the representation (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and decide the same by passing a speaking order either himself/herself or by delegating the same to an officer not below the rank of an IPS officer, within two months from today in accordance with law. The order so passed be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith. The petition is disposed of.
