This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.10 dated 14.02.2020 under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 325 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal.
On 14.05.2020, the following order was passed:- "Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.10 dated 14.02.2020 for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (later on added Section 325 IPC) at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal.
Notice of motion for 17.7.2020.
Meanwhile, petitioners are directed to join the investigation and appear before the investigating agency/Investigating Officer. On their appearance, they shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of arresting/investigating officer. The petitioner shall, however, join the investigation as and when call for and shall abide by the conditions specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and order dated 14.05.2020 is made absolute. The petitioners shall, however, join the investigation as and when called for and shall abide by all the conditions as specified under Section 438 (2) CrPC.
