(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain documents which are relevant for the just and proper decision of the present writ petition including the approval given by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies for the grant of salary, which benefit is now sought to be withdrawn, could not be attached with the writ petition inadvertently and hence, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
