Present second petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking directions to the official respondents to hand over the case to the Crime Branch or some other district's honest officer to conduct fair, transparent and in scientific manner investigation in FIR No.52 dated 25.05.2017 under Sections 376-D and 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at Women Police Station Nuh, District Nuh. Learned State Counsel on instructions submits that trial is already underway in the present case and therefore, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to get necessary instructions. However, today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
