Mr. Lovkesh Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a complainant in FIR No.59 dated 11.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 306 and 34 IPC, Police Station Goraya, Jalandhar, registered against the accused persons on account of death of her daughter in matrimonial house. Shinder Pal, son-in-law of the petitioner, was not present when the incident took place. A representation dated 14.06.2016 (Annexure P-4) has been given to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, to re-investigate the above-said case in a right manner but no action has been taken thereon till date.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural (respondent No.2), to look into representation dated 14.06.2016 (Annexure P-4), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
