(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.161, dated 25.02.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 326 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat (Annexure P-1). In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial Court expeditiously (if possible), in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
