The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw of the present petition, however, he seeks liberty to surrender and the moment he files a petition for regular bail, the trial Court be directed to decide the said petition on top most priority in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty as aforesaid.
