Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rupnagar vide order dated 14.01.2022 and the said order has been upheld by the Appellate Court and the appeal filed by the complainant challenging the order of acquittal of the petitioner, was dismissed vide judgment dated 03.07.2024, passed in Criminal Appeal No.30 of 2022. As such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Copy of the said judgment has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.
