Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.353 dated 03.12.2023, under Section 22, 61, 85 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered at P.S. City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, on the ground that, the petitioner has not disclosed him the fact qua him earlier instituting an alike petition before this Court, thereby unsuccessfully claiming an alike relief, as claimed now.
